89 year old man dies in his sleep

AT 9:13 ON SATURDAY, MAY 9TH COLLEGE PROFESSOR OF 25 YEARS DIES IN HIS SLEEP.

“My father was one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Although it is very sad losing him I know he was ready. He always told me ‘we all die one day, I just have a longer time to say good-bye’ I am happy for all the years spent with him and thank everyone for your love and support through this difficult time”

Mitch Archer a former college student to Mr. swartz had been staying at his home for several weeks. “They talked for hours on end, about everything” Connie Dark tells reporters. Friends of the family say they were happy when they were together. Mitch had left Morrie’s late Friday night to catch a flight home, after talking for 7 hours straight. Mitch was not willing to speak on behalf of his friend and teacher. A statement was released by his family

“all he needs is space and time, this is someone he looked up to, admired for so many years… all he needs is time”

Number 1

Sixteen years after finishing university Mitch was watching T.V and there was a story on "nightline" that caught his eye. The story featured his former professor Morrie Schwartz. Sixteen years without seeing Morrie made Mitch very nervous, he new that the materialistic life he was living went against everything Morrie stood for.

"I traded my dreams for a bigger paycheck" is what Mitch says in the book. Seeing Morrie on T.V just made him start thinking more about his own life and hoe Morrie was dying slowly but surly and still he was able to make an impact on so many people. Yet Mitch a man who was capable of doing anything he wanted sat at the same desk everyday doing the same thing.
